Bruce Simpson, of SwitchGear Consulting, facilitated an interactive workshop recently with members of the Greater Toronto Area Contact Centre Association (GTACC) on this very topic ‘Cost Reduction Inside the Contact Centre’.   Based on the tremendous response, we are thrilled that Bruce has agreed to come to Ottawa on May 27th to facilitate this same session for ORCCA members.

This session is designed to promote the sharing of cost-saving solutions.  It is NOT a presentation; it’s an interactive workshop where the learning comes from insights and discussions with your peers and experts. 

It focuses on what we have in common about our operations - not what’s different, regardless of whether we have 10 agents or 1,000.  The goal is to share tactics that will allow Managers to be proactive in trimming costs vs. being reactive.
