Our annual ORCCA Contact Centre Awards of Excellence have grown into one of the most prestigious celebrations in the National Capital Region.
To help everyone get ready for the 2009 Gala, ORCCA is responding to feedback from past winners and participants and holding a workshop on how to prepare great nominations for your staff in all categories and for your contact centre.
This interactive session, scheduled for Thursday, February 26th, will include:
The categories covered this year are Agent Excellence, Support Associate Excellence, Contact Centre of the Year and a new category, Contact Centre Manager Excellence.
This workshop will be led by Don Cormier, a member of the ORCCA Executive Committee; a Senior Consultant with AtFocus and the facilitator for the judging process and panel.
