Join us for a presentation and tour of Bank of America’s Canadian Contact Centre!
Bank of America is the largest MasterCard issuer in Canada and the country’s fourth largest credit card issuing bank. Bank of America’s credit cards and services are endorsed by nearly 900 Canadian membership organizations, credit union and financial institutions, sports associations, educational institutions and charities. Bank of America provides financial products and services throughout Canada from their headquarters in Ottawa and offices in Regina and Winnipeg.
Our visit will include an overview of Bank of America, the Canada Customer Service department, and some of the business areas that support the contact centres. The support business areas will include Customer Experience, Training, and Recruitment. The presentation will be followed by a guided tour of their facilities. Light refreshments will be available.
