DELL CANADA’S CONTACT CENTRE SITE TOUR

Help kick off the start to 2008 by joining us on a tour and presentation at Dell Canada’s contact centre in Kanata!
Dell Canada is one of the largest employers in the Ottawa region and among the leaders in desktop products, notebooks, servers, storage and services. With offices in Toronto, Montreal and Edmonton, Dell opened its 156,000-square-foot customer contact centre in Kanata in February 2006 and they have begun construction on a second site to house an additional 1000 employees.
Our visit will include an overview of the various business units housed at the Dell Ottawa contact centre, their human resource practices and winning culture. This will be followed by a guided tour of their facilities. Light refreshments will be available.
Because your name must appear on the guest list in order to attend, registration is required no later than January 22nd – so register early as space is limited to 40 participants.
