The ORCCA Awards for Excellence is designed to publicly recognize those Contact Centre Agents and Support Associates who consistently deliver quality service to their internal and external customers.  They’re our own Awards – an opportunity for our industry to reinforce the types of best-in-class service delivery that help our Contact Centres to not only achieve business objectives, but also to make it an even more rewarding industry in which to work.
