Help Wanted: Generations X, Y & Google

Tuesday September 18, 2007 - Nepean Sailing Club
Mathiew Beaudoin, SPB

Archived Presentation, Matthiew Beaudoin

Does your contact centre rely on the younger generation for employees?  Are some of your colleagues in their late teens or twenties?   Or maybe many of you are or work with people in their thirties?  All are part of the X and Y Generations which have values and needs VERY DIFFERENT from their baby boomer colleagues!  They bring incredible technical skills, a strong entrepreneurial outlook and a deep-seated social consciousness.   They also have different views on authority and the role of work in their lives.

Join us Tuesday, September 18th, when Organizational Psychology Consultant, Mathiew Beaudoin, with SPB, will speak on the wants, attitudes and common characteristics of Generations X and Y, which include those of us from 15 to 41 years of age.  Learn what makes our X and Y colleagues tick.

Founded in 1979, SPB offers a wide range of solutions to help organizations develop their most valuable resource, their human capital.  The company is active in both the public and private sectors with organizations of all sizes.
Mathiew Beaudoin’s practice focuses on the contact centre industry.
Join us for his enlightening and entertaining presentation!
