The 7th annual ORCCA's 2010 Career Excellence Awards Gala was held on June 9th at Tudor Hall.  This year's event was attended by over one hundred thirty guests and was an evening to remember.  Special thanks to our sponsors including: Davis + Henderson, ICMI, ING Direct, MBNA Canada Bank, Telnet Networks, Randstad Canada and Assurant Solutions.

Thank you to this years' guest speaker Mike D'Abramo, a consultant, researcher and strategist with over ten years of connecting with consumers and professionals also, CJOH's TV personality, Paul Brent, our Master of Ceremonies for the awards gala and our entertainer for the evening Erick Turnbull.

The ORCCA Awards for Excellence is our way of recognizing and celebrating the achievements of those star performers who have been singled out as being instrumental in helping their centres and organizations along the way in their quest to achieve business success.  It is an opportunity for our contact centre community to reinforce the types of best-in-class service that help our Contact Centres to not only achieve business objectives, but also to make it an even more rewarding industry in which to work.
