Contact Centre Canada

The customer contact centre sector is flourishing providing exciting career opportunities for people who want to help companies cultivate rewarding relationships with their customers. 4 out of 100 employed Canadians work in customer contact centres and the numbers are growing.

Contact Centre Canada works in partnership with industry, labour and the academic community to create the strong and vibrant workforce needed to advance the local, national, and international initiatives of the sector.

Incorporated in February 2004, Contact Centre Canada is a national, not-for-profit organization made up of contact centre organizations, labour representatives, provincial industry associations, educational institutions, and vendors and consultants that provide services to the Canadian contact centre industry. It is one of 29 sector councils funded by the Government of Canada’s Sector Council Program.

By coordinating the sector's overall human resource initiatives through the development and implementation of a national, integrated, long-term human resources strategy, Contact Centre Canada helps all industry stakeholders benefit from economies of scale and minimize duplication of effort.
