Complete Sector Study Report

Each meeting featured a PowerPoint presentation of highlights from a recent study report on human resources in Canadian customer contact centres, and solicited feedback from members of the contact centre industry. Approximately 265 participants were asked to provide their opinions on the report recommendations, including the establishment of a National CCC Sector Human Resources Council, along with suggestions for their implementation.
